Undhiyu with mix Veggies and Sprouts | Winter special Undhiyu

Undhiyu is traditional Gujarati dish and it is very healthy and delicious. I've tried this dish with a little twist and added different sprouts and masala filled veggies.

For sprouts:

Ingredients:

  • Green chana – ½ cup
  • Kidney beans/rajma

For sprouts:

Ingredients:

  • Green chana – ½ cup
  • Mag ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mat bean ½ cup
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Backing powder ½ tsp
  • Kidney beans/rajma
  • Pulses ½ cup

For masala:

Ingredients:

  • Sesame seeds ½ tbs
  • Puffed rice and peanut chevda
  • Besan 1tbs
  • Salt per taste
  • Safe ½ tbs
  • Powdered suger 1 tbs
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Hing ¼th tsp
  • Corriender powder 3/4th

For mix veg:

  • Turmeric powder ½ spoon
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Gaver ½ cup
  • Chilly powder ½ spoon
  • Cabbige and cauliflower
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Jirra ½ tbs
  • Water ½ glass
  • Hing ½ tbs
  • Valor papdi ½ cup
  • Beans 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs

For muthiya:

ingredients:

  • Hing ½ tbs
  • Backing soda 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Corriender powder ½ tbs
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Methi leaves 1 cup
  • Wheat fioor 2 tbs
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Ginger chilly paste ½ spoon
  • Oil 1 tbs
  • Suger 1 tbs
  • Solt as per taste
  • Besan 200 gram

For gravy:

Ingredients:

  • Jirra ½ tbs
  • Water 1 glass
  • Oil 3 tbs
  • Methi leaves ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder ½ tbs
  • Chilly powder 1 tbs
  • Hing ½ tbs
  • Grated tomato 1 cup
  • Ginger green chilly paste 1 tbs
  • Suger 1 tbs
  • Spinach leaves ½ cup
  • Sesame seeds ½ tbs
