This raw banana kofta curry is a unique Bong dish that combines it with various elements like voconut, tomatoes, potatoes and a delicte mix of Bengali spices that blend together to create a mouthwatering dish. Ingredients:
- Chopped tomato - 1 large
- Chopped ginger - 1.5 tbsp
- Diced potato - 1 large potato
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Potao - 1 small
- Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- wholw green chilli - 2 pcs
- Mustard oil - 1/4 th cup
- Raw banana - 2 pcs
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
Whole garam masala :
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Ghee - 1/2 tsp
- 2 cardamoms
- 1/2 inch cinamon sticks
- 3 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
