- Chopped green chillies - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard oil - 4-5 tbsp
- Finely sliced onion - 1 large
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- riwazi mutton (Mutton with fat)- 450 gms
Whole spices:
- bay leaf-1-2
- cloves - 3-4
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- cardamoms - 3-4
- cinamon stick - 1/2 inch
