Chipotle Bowl | Protein Bowl | Homemade Chipotle | Super Healthy Meal

Ingredients:

  • Capsicum
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Yogurt/Curd
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Sweet Corn – 1 cup
  • Chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Rajma - 1 bowl
  • Avocado - 1
  • Cilantro (Coriander)
  • Onions
  • Oil
  • Rice – 2 cups

Procedure:

For Rajma:

  1. Take 1 bowl rajma (kidneybeans) soak overnight into water and boil it
  2. Heat some oil, add garlic into it
  3. Add rajma and salt, pepper and chilly powder into it

For Cilantro Lime Rice:

  1. Soak rice for 30-40 minutes
  2. Boil rice and add cilantro and lemon juice into it

For Avocado salad:

  1. Mash one avocado
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and onions into it
  3. Combine everything

For Corn Salsa:

  1. Take some sweet corns
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and onions into it
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

For Fiji veggies:

  1. Heat some oil
  2. Add Onions, capsicum, salt, pepper and chilly powder into it
  3. Stir fry the veggies

For Plating:

  1. Add Everything into plat
  2. Add some yogurt or curd
  3. Grate some mozzarella cheese on top of it
