Chipotle Bowl | Protein Bowl | Homemade Chipotle | Super Healthy Meal

Ingredients:
- Capsicum
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Yogurt/Curd
- Tomatoes
- Lemon
- Sweet Corn – 1 cup
- Chilly powder
- Salt
- Rajma - 1 bowl
- Avocado - 1
- Cilantro (Coriander)
- Onions
- Oil
- Rice – 2 cups
Procedure:
For Rajma:
- Take 1 bowl rajma (kidneybeans) soak overnight into water and boil it
- Heat some oil, add garlic into it
- Add rajma and salt, pepper and chilly powder into it
For Cilantro Lime Rice:
- Soak rice for 30-40 minutes
- Boil rice and add cilantro and lemon juice into it
For Avocado salad:
- Mash one avocado
- Add chopped tomatoes and onions into it
- Combine everything
For Corn Salsa:
- Take some sweet corns
- Add chopped tomatoes and onions into it
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
For Fiji veggies:
- Heat some oil
- Add Onions, capsicum, salt, pepper and chilly powder into it
- Stir fry the veggies
For Plating:
- Add Everything into plat
- Add some yogurt or curd
- Grate some mozzarella cheese on top of it
