  • Cashew nut paste - 2 tsp
  • Plain yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Spinach/ Palak - 1 bunch
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Refined oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Paneer - 150 gms
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium size
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves - 5-6 cloves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Whole green chillies - 2
