Step by step recipe of Cauliflower Manchurian (dry) in Indo Chinese Style.

Ingredients:

STEP:1

  • Cauliflower (फूल गोभी ) - 1 small head
  • CornStarch - 1/4 cup
  • Water 5 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Water to make a paste
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp

STEP:2

SAUCE:

  • Dark soy sauce - 1/4 tsp ( 1 tsp if using light soy sauce)
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tsp (OPTIONAL)
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp

SLURRY:

  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Corn Starch - 1tsp

STEP:3

TEMPERING:

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup (or more if you want gravy)
  • Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion - 3 stocks
  • Green chilli - 1 or to taste
  • Red Onion - 1.4 cup (finely chopped)

GARNISH:

  • Spring onion greens
