Step by step recipe of Cauliflower Manchurian (dry) in Indo Chinese Style.
Recipe serves - 2
Ingredients:
STEP:1
- Cauliflower (फूल गोभी ) - 1 small head
- CornStarch - 1/4 cup
- Water 5 cups
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Water to make a paste
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
STEP:2
SAUCE:
- Dark soy sauce - 1/4 tsp ( 1 tsp if using light soy sauce)
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp (OPTIONAL)
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
SLURRY:
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Corn Starch - 1tsp
STEP:3
TEMPERING:
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup (or more if you want gravy)
- Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion - 3 stocks
- Green chilli - 1 or to taste
- Red Onion - 1.4 cup (finely chopped)
GARNISH:
- Spring onion greens
