- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
Saute for 4-6 minutes. Add...
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1-15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 cups turkey, diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 2 cups potaotoes, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup water, plus more if needed
Bring to a boil on high-heat. Reduce to medium-heat. Cook 20-25 minutes.
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 cup green beans, cooked
Simmer on low-heat for 15-20 more minutes. Serve when needed.
TIPS: Leftover turkey broth can be add to soup. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
