Spicy Sausage Soup

Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:

• 2cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2cup red bell peppers
• At least 4cups broth
• 2cups or more spinach (fresh or frozen)
• 1-2tbsp all purpose flour
• Hot Italian Sausage or ground meat of choice (at least 1 pound)
• 2tbsp minced garlic
• Egg noodles (2cups)
• 1/2cup chopped onions
• 2tbsp butter
