Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp - 5-6 tbsp
- Sugar - 6-7 tbsp
- Panch phoran/ five spice mix - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped garlic- 1 tsp
- Sambar masala - 2 tbsp
- Dried red chillies - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Finely chopped onion - 1 medium size
- Curry Leaves - 10-15
- Salt according to your taste.
- grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Bhindi/Okra/Dharosh - 100gms cut into pieces.
- Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
