TODAY'S RECIPE IS Vermicelli Custard Recipe | Semiya Custard Falooda | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

Vermicelli custard:

  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sabja seeds 1 tbsp

Soak for 10 mins

  • Custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Mix well well & keep aside

  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • Roast for 2-3 mins

Keep aside

  • Milk 2 cup

Cook until boil

  • Fried vermicelli
  • Sugar 1/4 cup

Cook for 5 min

Custard mixture

Keep stirring

Thick consistency

Let it cool down

Soaked sabja seeds

  • Apple
  • Pomegranate
  • Green grapes
  • Papaya

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
