INGREDIENTS:
Vermicelli custard:
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sabja seeds 1 tbsp
Soak for 10 mins
- Custard powder 1 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
Mix well well & keep aside
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Vermicelli 1/2 cup
- Roast for 2-3 mins
Keep aside
- Milk 2 cup
Cook until boil
- Fried vermicelli
- Sugar 1/4 cup
Cook for 5 min
Custard mixture
Keep stirring
Thick consistency
Let it cool down
Soaked sabja seeds
- Apple
- Pomegranate
- Green grapes
- Papaya
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
