TODAY'S RECIPE IS Instant Crispy Jalebi Recipe | Homemade Juicy Crunchy Jalebi Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Water 100 ml
- Besan(chick pea flour) 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mix well
- Whisk for 5 mins
- Rest for 10 mins
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Water 1/3 cup
- Cook until boil
- Boil for 5 mins
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Lime juice 1 tsp
- Mix well
- Keep aside
- After 10 mins
- Pour in a piping bag
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Heat the oil
- Fry until golden brown
- Lukewarm sugar syrup
- Soak jilapi into sugar syrup for 30 sec
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
