AMBROSIA SALAD | Classic FRUIT DISH | DIY Demonstration

Ambrosia Salad...a perfectly delicious Spring/Summer sweet Fruit Salad!!

AMBROSIA SALAD

(Makes 6 servings)

  • 1 (8.25-ounce) can Fruit Cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (6-ounce) container or 3/4 cup yogurt (I use French Vanilla flavor), may substitute with whipped cream or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Maraschino cherries
  • 1 (8-ounce) pineapple wedges, cubes, or tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup purple grapes, rinse and dry
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped or whole, may substitute with walnuts or other nut, optional
  • 1 cup green grapes, rinse and dry
  1. In a large bowl add all ingredients. Toss until well coated with yogurt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Maybe served right away.

TIPS: Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
