INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca fruit dessert:
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
Mix well
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 1/3 cup
Bring it to a boil
Add corn flour mixture
Keep stirring
- Yellow food color (optional)
Cook until thick consistency
Chilled the milk for 2 hours
- Tapioca/sago dana 1/2 cup
- Boiling water
Cook until transparent
Wash with cold water
Let it cool down
- Banana
- Pomegranate
- Apple
- Papaya
- Green grapes
- Mix well
- Red grapes
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
