INGREDIENTS:

Tapioca fruit dessert:

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Mix well

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup

Bring it to a boil

Add corn flour mixture

Keep stirring

  • Yellow food color (optional)

Cook until thick consistency

Chilled the milk for 2 hours

  • Tapioca/sago dana 1/2 cup
  • Boiling water

Cook until transparent

Wash with cold water

Let it cool down

  • Banana
  • Pomegranate
  • Apple
  • Papaya
  • Green grapes
  • Mix well
  • Red grapes

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
