TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Kashmiri Pickle | Kashmiri Aam Achar | Sweet Mango Pickle Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
- Raw mango 300gm
Washed well
Dry red chili
Remove seeds
Cut like thin ring
- Water 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Melt the sugar
- Add mangoes
- Ginger slices 1 tbsp
- Mix well
- Cook until boil
- Boil for 5 mins
- Dry chili
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Shake the pan (do not use any spatula)
- Cook until Transparent the mangoes
- Sugar syrup turns thick
- Let it cool down
- You can store it for 10-12 month
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
