TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Kashmiri Pickle | Kashmiri Aam Achar | Sweet Mango Pickle Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

  • Raw mango 300gm

Washed well

Dry red chili

Remove seeds

Cut like thin ring

  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  1. Melt the sugar
  2. Add mangoes
  3. Ginger slices 1 tbsp
  4. Mix well
  5. Cook until boil
  6. Boil for 5 mins
  7. Dry chili
  8. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  9. Shake the pan (do not use any spatula)
  10. Cook until Transparent the mangoes
  11. Sugar syrup turns thick
  12. Let it cool down
  13. You can store it for 10-12 month

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
