MANGO SAGO JELLY OVERLOAD:
Ingredients:
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups cooked small sago pearls
- 1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream, chilled
- 8 medium size ripe mangoes, cubed
WHITE GULAMAN LAYER:
- 1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
- 1 can (375mL) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
MANGO GULAMAN LAYER:
- 1 pack (25g) mango flavored gulaman
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
PROCEDURE:
- Whisk together chilled cream and condensed milk to give volume. Mix in some mango cubes to infuse flavor
- Fold in mango cubes and sago. Scoop at the bottom of 16 ounce cups
- Prepare white gulaman by combining water and evap. Dissolve sugar and white gulaman then bring to a boil. Repeat the same procedure for the mango flavored gulaman (without the evap)
- Pour 1/4 cup each of white gulaman layer into prepared cups. Let it cool to firm up. Once set, add mango cubes then pour 1/4 cup each of mango flavored gulaman. Cool until set
- Repeat once more with white gulaman layer then lastly with 1/8 cup each of mango gulaman layer
- Once all the layers has firmed up, top with diced mango and serve chilled. Enjoy!
