This is my really simple fruit tart recipe and tutorial. It's so simple and you can make this too!
You will need:
- 1 pastry case (9 or 10 inch) or to make the pastry 9oz plain flour,
- 5oz butter and 2.5oz caster (superfine) sugar (optional splash of milk).
Filling:
- 5oz/150g custard (small pot) and upto 4 tablespoons of icing (powdered) sugar (to taste).
- 250ml double (heavy) cream,
Fruit:
- Approx 800g fruit 28oz which is about 200g of blueberries,
- 200g blackberries,
- 300g strawberries and 2 kiwis.
