How to Make Saba Con Yelo

Ingredients:

  • crushed ice
  • 2 1/2 cups water (add more sugar and water if you want more syrup)
  • Big and small sago pearls ___ 40
  • evaporated milk ___ 27
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar (you can also use washed or white) ___ 10
  • 18pcs saging saba (medium ripe is best) ___ 120 (*mejo mahal na yung saba ngayon)

GULAMAN:

  • 1/2 cup sugar ___ 6
  • 1 pack (25g) yellow gulaman, unflavored ___ 14
  • 3 cups water (I'm using less water for a firmer gulaman but you can use up to 6 cups to make more)

Total = 217php

*Maraming sobrang sago sa tig isang pack na 250g kaya kung lulutuin na lahat, pwede pang itabi sa ref yung sobra. Ang ginagawa ko nilalagay ko sa plastic plus konting tubig para di magdikit dikit. Pwede din naman wag muna lutuin lahat kung feeling niyo di niyo agad magagamit yung sobra

*Pwede pa kayo mag-add ng konting sugar pag nag assemble na kayo sa baso or mangkok. Yung ginawa ko dito ok naman kaso natabangan akong konti nung nahalo na ng husto at natunaw na yung yelo kaya nagdagdag pako asukal. Depende sa sweetness na gusto niyo :)
