Fruit Salad with Gulaman | How to Make Fruity Gulaman Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar __ 24
- 4 (25g) pack assorted flavored gulaman __ 56
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk __ 35
- 2 pcs banana, sliced __ 10
- 1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream __ 60
- 12 cups water
- half of an apple, chopped __ 25
- 1 cup pineapple chunks __ 18
- 1 medium mango, diced __ 35
- 1/2 cup grapes, seedless __ 25
Total = 289 pesos
*You can use any gulaman flavor of your choice. I used mango, strawberry, orange and green unflavored one
*You can also use any fresh fruit combination that you like
*I used less water (3 cups only instead of 6 cups accd to package instructions for a firmer gulaman)
*You can double the amount of fruits, cream and condensed to consume all of the prepared gulaman or use half pack of each flavor instead
PROCEDURE:
- Dissolve 1/2 cup sugar and 1 pack gulaman into 3 cups water. Bring to a boil and pour into moulds. Cool completely until firm. Once firm, cut into cubes and set aside. Repeat for the other gulaman flavors.
- Combine 1 1/2 cup each of prepared gulaman and all chopped fruits.
- Add all purpose cream and condensed milk. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
