INGREDIENTS:
- Water 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
Mix well
Keep aside
6 inch pan
- Grease ghee
- Spread some nuts
Keep aside
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
Bring it to a boil
Boil for 5 mins
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
Add corn flour mixture slowly
Keep stirring
Transparent consistency
Chopped nuts 2 tbsp
Red food color
Mix well
Ghee (add gradually) 2 tbsp
Keep stirring
Separates from pan
Spread evenly
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
