White sauce (This recipe contains details of 3 type of white sauce)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 garlic cloves - crushed or grated
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp all purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 cube of cheese
Method:
Initial preparation :-
- Mix milk and flour together so no lumps form
- Heat butter in a pan
1) Virgin white sauce:
- Pour flour and milk mix in the pan, add salt keep on stirring till sauce is thick. Remove from heat
2) Garlic White Sauce:
- Add garlic to the butter, saute for a minute. Pour flour and milk mix in the pan, add salt and black pepper. Keep on stirring till sauce is thick. Remove from heat. (if you want to make garlic cheese white sauce, then add cheese after Salt and black pepper, then cook till sauce is thick - 1 or 2 mins)
2) Cheese White Sauce:
- Pour flour and milk mix in the pan, add salt and black pepper. Keep on stirring till sauce is little thick. Add a cube of grated cheese. Remove from heat.
