Homemade CARAMEL Syrup | NO HEAVY CREAM | Easy & simple caramel syrup in 15 minutes | Caramel Sauce

I am introducing homemade caramel syrup without heavy cream.

It is super easy and simple to make at home. Try it out.

• 1 tsp water
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1cup + 2 TBSP sugar
• pinch of salt(optional)

All you need is a sterilized bottle and a whisk.

Whisk and mix it well as it caramelizes.
