Kaju butter masala recipe restaurant style | Kaju Curry | Cashew Nuts Masala Curry

Kaju Butter Masala Restaurant style.

Ingredients:

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbs
  • Kasuri methi - 1tbs
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tbs
  • Jeera - 1tbs
  • Cashews/Kaju - 2tbs
  • Turmeric - 1tsp
  • Green chilly - 2 small
  • Butter - 3tbs
  • Oil - 1.5tbs
  • Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
  • Dry spices - 1tbs
  • Onions - 2 medium sized
  • Coriander powder - 1tbs

Procedure:

  1. Fry cashews in ghee. Keep it aside
  2. In the same pan take some oil and add jeera and dry spices
  3. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilly and tomatoes to it
  4. Add 2tbs water and boil for 5-7 minutes
  5. Blend everything in mixture and make smooth gravy
  6. Heat the pan and add 2tbs butter
  7. Add chilly powder, turmeric and coriander powder to it
  8. Add gravy and mix everything well
  9. Cook it for 5-7 minutes and finally add fried cashews and kasuri methi on it
