  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Ridge gourd - 1 medium
  • Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Bitter gourd - 1 medium
  • Moong dal - 100 gms
  • salt as per your taste
  • Dry red chilli - 1
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
