SOUR CREAM CUCUMBERS

2 large English cucumbers or 4 medium cucumbers, peeled if desired and thinly sliced

  • 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogert
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste

In a bowl, which sour cream or yogert, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended. Add cucumbers and onions to sour cream mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
