Mint Coriander and Curd Chutney, widely known as hari chutney or green chutney. It can be served with samosa, tikka, kababs, vada pav, bhel and dhokla etc.
Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp or 1" long ginger piece
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
- Black salt - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Mint Leaves - 50 g
- Coriander leaves - 50 g
