- Kaffir lime leaves - 4-5 pcs
- Bay leaves - 2 pcs
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Slited Green chillies - 3
- Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
- Dried red chillies - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
