Matar Paneer- Restaurant Style | Indian Veg Recipe

Martar Paneer is an everydat restaurant-style curry made with cottage cheese and green peas in a luscious gravy. This is a curry- rich in texture and noderately spiced. Best had with rotis, parathas and nan.

Ingredients:

  • vegetable - 4-5 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato - 2 medium size
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp (optional)
  • Green peas / matar - 1 cup
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Paneer - 200 gms
  • Slit green chillies - 2
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Onions - 2 medium size
  • Garlic cloves - 10-12
