Martar Paneer is an everydat restaurant-style curry made with cottage cheese and green peas in a luscious gravy. This is a curry- rich in texture and noderately spiced. Best had with rotis, parathas and nan.
Ingredients:
- vegetable - 4-5 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 2 medium size
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp (optional)
- Green peas / matar - 1 cup
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Paneer - 200 gms
- Slit green chillies - 2
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onions - 2 medium size
- Garlic cloves - 10-12
