For Kheera (Cucumber) Raita:

  • Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt to taste
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
