gulab jamUn is dessert recipe prepared from milk solids which is then dipped in hot sugar syrup. traditionally, it is prepared from milk khoya, however there are several other easy variations as well. one such variations is preparing with easily available milk powder. gulab jamun can also be prepared khoya and with instant gulab jamun mix too.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 CARDAMOM
- 1 CINNAMON
- SUGAR - 1 CUP
- LEMON JUICE - 1 TSP
- FOR SUGAR SYRUP
- WATER - 2 CUP
FOR GULAP JAMUN:
- FULL CREAM MILK POWDER - 1 CUP
- OIL FOR DEEP FRY.
- WARM MILK - 5 TBSP ( add more if needed)
- SEMOLINA / RAVA - 1 TBSP
- ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1/4 CUP
- CURD - 1 TSP
- GHEE - 1 TSP
