Healthy energy bars with NO SUGAR

Ingredients:

  • Almonds 1 cum
  • Cashews 1/2 cup
  • Honey 4 tbs
  • Dates 1 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Oats (Rolled/Instant) 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 2 tbs
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Makhana 3 tbs
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbs
  • Pistachios 1/2 cup

Procedure:

  1. Soak dates in hot water for an hour and make its smooth paste
  2. Roast oats and makhana for about 5-7 minutes on med flame and after it cools down make smooth powder in mixi
  3. Heat a pan and add all dryfruits and roast it for 5-10 minutes and let it cool down
  4. Add paste of dates in a pan and cook it till it becomes thick and then add all dryfruits into it, add honey and mix well
  5. Then add oats and makhana powder and add a pinch of salt. Combine everything well
  6. Finally add the mixture into a square mould and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  7. Cut into rectangular bars and store it in normal room temperature
