Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8-10 spring onions
  • 1 small green capsicum
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp boiled Peas
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp mix herbs (Dried basil and Oregano)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1/2 small Cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 8-10 garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 carrot

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables into thin strip.
  2. Pour oil in a pan. Once it gets heated, drop in garlic slices. Let them turn a little pink. Add sliced onions. Once they turn translucent, add sliced carrots
  3. Mix, cover and cook for a couple of mins
  4. After 2 mins, remove cover. Add peas, mix, add Cabbage and stir fry for half a min. Add spring onion, stir to mix, add green, yellow and red capsicum, mix again. Add Salt and pepper, stir fry for 2 mins. The vegetables should remain crunchy
  5. After 2 mins, add butter, red chilli flakes, paprika, basil and Oregano. Stir fry for a min. Add lemon juice, mix, and turn off the flame.
  6. Remove to a plate/bowl, serve with butter toast and soup.
