Veg Junglee | Easy and Delicious Veg Junglee Recipe | Punjabi Sabji | Restaurant Style Punjabi Curry

Ingredients:

  • Sugar powder - 1/4th tbs
  • Green Chilly - 2
  • Kasuri methi - 1 tbs
  • Onions - 2
  • Coriander powder - 3/4th tbs
  • Oil - 1 tbs
  • Carrots, French Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Cabbage and Sweet corn
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Fresh cream - 2 tbs
  • Cheese - 1/2 cubes
  • Red chilly powder - 2 tbs
  • Cumin/Jeera - 1 tbs
  • Cashews - 2 tbs
  • Paneer - 100 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
  • Dry spices - 1tbs
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4th tbs
  • Water

Procedure:

For Gravy:

  1. Heat some oil and add all dry spices, onions, green chillies, tomatos, cashews and a dash of water and saute for 5-10 minutes and let it cool down
  2. After cools down grind it till it becomes smooth puree

For vegetables:

  1. Boil all the veggies individually
  2. Heat oil and ghee and add cumin, onions and ginger garlic paste to it. Saute
  3. Add puree, salt, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder and powdered sugar to it. Add a dash of water and let it cook for 5 minutes
  4. Finally add all boiled veggies, fresh cream, paneer, cheese and kasuri methi to it.
  5. Cook for 3 more minutes and its ready to serve
