Green Chickpeas Vegetable | Aloo Hare Chane Ki Sabji | Green Chana Vegetable

I've prepared green chana sabji in very unique and easy way. It's everyone's favourite winter's special vegetable.
Ingredients:
- Coriander powder 3/4th tbs
- Potatoes 4-5 med
- Bay leaves
- Turmeric/haldi powder 1/2 tbs
- Grated tomatoes 2 med
- Curry leaves
- Water as required
- Oil 2 tbs
- Wray seeds/Rai 1/2 tbs
- Ginger and green chilly paste 1 tbs
- Red chilly powder 1 tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Sugar 1tbs
- Green chana/chickpeas 150 grams
- Hing 1/4th tbs
Procedure:
- Add chana or green chick peas in boiling water and add some salt to it
- Let it boil for 5-10 minutes on med flame
For gravy:
- Heat 2 tbs oil and add wray seeds or rai, curry leaves, bay leaves, ginger and green chilly and grated tomatoes
- Add all the spices and cook till tomatoes becomes soft
- Add one mashed potato and add boiled chick peas along with water
- Add rest of boiled potatoes and mix well
For tadka:
- Heat some oil and add 1/4th tbs rai or wray seeds
- Add 1 tbs chilly powder and then add tadka to sabji
- In same tadka pan add 1 cup water and boil it
- Add that water to vegetable/sabji
- Cook for 5 more minutes and finally add fresh corriander leaves
- Hare chane ki sabji is ready to eat
