Dhone Patar Pakoda । Coriander Leaves Fritters By Hungry Tummy

Coriander is the mist popular herb in the Indian subcontinent. It's earthy aroma is used as a dominant flavour across many Indian dishes. *Telebhajas* or *boras* are deep fried fritters made with various veggies, fish, chicken or eggs and is a raging hit amongst Bengalis as winter evening snacks along with a cuppa tea. Savoury coriander fritters or *Dhonepata boras* is one such creation which goes very well with a plate of steamed rice and dal or can be had as a stand-alone snack with any dip.

Igredients:

  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil - 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 3 bunch
  • Atta / wheat flour - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 2 tbsp
  • Besan - 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tsp
