- Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
- Pointed gourd - 250 gms
- Aamchur powder - 1 tsp
- Chopped green chillies - 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion - 1 medium
- Maida/AP flour - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 th tsp
- Rice flour - 2 tsp
- Grated boiled potato - 3 medium size
- Refined oil - 1/2 cup
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Besan - 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 small bowl
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
