  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Pointed gourd - 250 gms
  • Aamchur powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium
  • Maida/AP flour - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tsp
  • Grated boiled potato - 3 medium size
  • Refined oil - 1/2 cup
  • cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Besan - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 small bowl
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
