This traditional dish is prepared on the day of "Saraswati" Puja and eaten 'cold' the next day, the day of "Sheetal Shasti"
Ingredients:
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Broad beans - 6 pcs or more
- Raw peanuts - 1 small bowl
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green moong dal - 200 gms
- Brinjal (small)- 6 pcs
- Carrots (small)- 6 pcs
- Green peas with peel - 6 pcs or more
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Potatoes(small) - 6 pcs
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Beans - 6 pcs or more
- Whole green chillies - 3 or more
- Chana dal - 1 small bowl
- Dry red chillies - 3
- Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
