This traditional dish is prepared on the day of "Saraswati" Puja and eaten 'cold' the next day, the day of "Sheetal Shasti"

Ingredients:

  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Broad beans - 6 pcs or more
  • Raw peanuts - 1 small bowl
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green moong dal - 200 gms
  • Brinjal (small)- 6 pcs
  • Carrots (small)- 6 pcs
  • Green peas with peel - 6 pcs or more
  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Potatoes(small) - 6 pcs
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Beans - 6 pcs or more
  • Whole green chillies - 3 or more
  • Chana dal - 1 small bowl
  • Dry red chillies - 3
  • Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
