A must-try dish from the kitchens of Hungry Tummy! Navaratna Korma is a shahi or royal dish which has it's ancestory dating back to 500 years. This is a unique Mughal dish which has both mid-Asian and Indian influences. An intense and delicately flavoured white gravy prepared with diary products and tomatoes with loads of veggies and infused with dry fruits, melon seeds and poumegranaate seeds. This has a rich, creamy texture and provides for the best bites with a plethora of textures and tastes of various veg ingredients. Best had with naan, tandoori roti, soft parathas or even fulkas.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corn - 1 small bowl
  • Kishmish - 15 gms
  • Potato - 1 medium size potato
  • Cashew nuts - 15 gms
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • Beans - 1 small bowl
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh Cream - 1 tbsp
  • Melon Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Paneer - 150 gms
  • Yogurt - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Almonds - 10-12 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 small bowl
  • Sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Green Peas - 1 small bowl
  • Mustard oil - 2-3 tsp
  • Kasuri methi(Roasted)- 1 tsp
  • Hing - 1/4 th tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cauliflower - 1 medium bowl
  • Tomato - 1 large size
  • cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
