Neem leaves have therapeutic healing properties, strengthens the immune system and arcs as a natural disinfectant. Hence, it's consumption becomes mandatory especially during season changes. It has been a challenge to incorporate this into any dish mainly because of it's extreme butter taste. The best way is to stir fry a concoction of neem leaves with egg plant/baigan/aubergine as ir's mushy sweetness contrats the bitterness to make this combination a unique culinary experience.
