Ingredients:

  • 1/4th piece each of green, yellow and red bell peppers cut into long strips
  • 2-3 Florets of cauliflower or broccoli broken down further into snaller Florets
  • 8-10 French Beans de-threaded and chopped into 2-3 pieces each
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 large Potato washed, Peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 4-5 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 cube cheese
  • 2 medium sized mushrooms cut into thin slices
  • 1/4th tsp each of ginger powder, garlic powder, pasta seasoning, paprika and red chilli flakes
  • 1/4th Cup shelled peas
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 medium carrot Peeled and cut into strips /thin wedges

Method:

  1. Heat water in a pan, add some Salt to it. Once it starts boiling, add beans. Once the are half done, add carrots and peas. Let it boil for 2 mins then add potatoes and cauliflower. Boiled further for 2 mins, drain and wash with cold water to cool. Make sure the vegetables are not fully cooked but 3/4th done.
  2. In a pan, Heat oil, add butter. Let it melt then add garlic, let them turn pink then add onion. Once they turn translucent, add all three bell peppers and mushrooms, also add Salt. Cover and cook for 1 or 2 mins only as we need crunchy vegetables.
  3. Add rest of the vegetables along with ginger and garlic powder, mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add rest of the Powdered Spices and cheese. Mix well cook till cheese melts.
  4. Dish out and serve hot with butter toast, Egg rolls, or have it plain.
