"Bhoger labra" is a traditional mixed veg curry prepared in Bengal to be served as an accompaniment with khichdi or steamed rice. It is seasoned with Bengali five spices along with other masalas to give it that authentic Bengali touch.

Ingredients:

  • Mustard oil - 4-5 tbsp
  • Ridge gourd - 1 medium
  • Ata - 1/4 th tsp
  • Malabar spinach - 1 small bunch
  • Whole green chillies - 5-6
  • Pumpkin (Diced)- 1 small bowl
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Spinach - 1 small bunch
  • Ginger paste - 1.5 tsp
  • Pointed goud - 2-3
  • Mustard Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Panch Foron - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Potatoes (Cut lengthwise) - 2 medium sized
  • Panch foron powder - 1/2 tsp
