Cabbage curry cooked with diced potatoes and tempered with Indian spices makes for a great veggie dish. Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 2 medium (Cut quarterly)
  • Chopped green chillies - 2 tbsp
  • ghee - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  • Panch foron - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 2 medium (Cut quarterly)
  • Cabbage / bandhakopi - 1 medium (Finely chopped)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
