SEARED | GRILLED TUNA STEAK:

  • Kosher Salt
  • TUNA STEAK, 1-inch thick
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Olive Oil
  1. Coat tuna steak(s) with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grill or frying pan, over medium-high heat, until very hot. Add seasoned tuna steak. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and continue to cook for an additional minutes. Cooking longer for center of tuna steak to be less pink in the center.
  3. Top with fresh lemon juice before serving. Optional.
