Ingredients:

  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
  • Moong Dal - 150 gms (1.5 cups)
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee/ clarified butter - 1/2 tsp
  • Rohu fish head - 1 large
  • Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Dried red chilli - 2
  • Mustard oi - 4-5 tbsp
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • whole green chillies - 2
