- Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Moong Dal - 150 gms (1.5 cups)
- Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
- Ghee/ clarified butter - 1/2 tsp
- Rohu fish head - 1 large
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Dried red chilli - 2
- Mustard oi - 4-5 tbsp
- Bay leaves - 2
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- whole green chillies - 2
