Seafood boil in a bag - my first one

channel

Hey my RitasEatas! Well, I finally broke on down and did one; the ol'boil in a bag?.D

Don't get me wrong...IT WAS GOOD! HOWEVER, it's not my favorite way to enjoy crablegs. I'll pick a stovetop boil every time; 2nd will be my foil pack. I hope you can get what I was doing; it was kinda all over the place, lolol! Enjoy?

Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:

My Boil Items:

  • Russet potatoes
  • Snow crab legs
  • Eckrich smoked sausage
  • Great Value frozen cooked extra large shrimp
  • Corn niblets
  • Dungeness crab clusters

NOTE: After cooking my bag on 400degrees for 20mins, my items needed more time in the oven for my taste. I cooked another 20mins. I was very pleased with everything. I had pre-boiled my corn and potatoes AND STILL NEEDED 40mins OF COOK TIME. MY SHRIMP WAS NOT OVERCOOKED FOR MY LIKING. This is a preference. Play with these cook times.

NOTE2: Seasonings, veggies, heat level, liquids, etc. are all personal to you and what you and the people you cook for enjoy.

Enjoy your meal!
