Quick Shrimp and Sausage Foil Pack

I hope you'll enjoy this quick and easy foil pack. You can always make individual foil packs as well, but this is just so easy!

What You Need:

• The juice on 1 Lemon
• Parsley (optional)
• Corn Nibblets
• Sausage
• 2 sticks Butter
• Old Bay Lemon & Herb
• Black Pepper
• Potatoes
• Garlic Salt
• Shrimp
• Louisiana Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil

To make this already quick meal even quicker, do what I did. Pre-soften your potatoes in the microwave then cut into cubes. Also, you can boil your corn nibblets while the potatoes are in the microwave to allow them to cook a little bit too; not mandatory, but, hey. To add more color to my pack, and because it was so big, after it had for 25mins, I put it back into the oven incovered for an additional 15mins. This pack was pure perfection. The family wanted me to make another one the next night, lol!!
