- Shrimps (With head)- 400 gms
- Chopped onion - 1 medium sized
- Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
- Mustard oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
