This might look like another run-of-the mill crusted fish fry recipe, but be prepared to be surprised at the explosion of flavours once you bite past the crust. The best part of this crust is that this does not go limp even after cooling down a bit- an inherent quality of fried rava. Ingredients:
- Whole green chillies - 2-3
- Mint leaves -7-8
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic cloves- 5-6
- Fresh coriander leaves-
- Curry leaves - 5-6
- Pomfret Fish - 2 pcs
- Mustard oil- 1 tsp (Optional)
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sooji/rawa/ semolina - 1/2 cup
- Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Roughly chopped ginger - 1 tsp
- Salt according to your taste
