Amritsari Fish Fry

ngredients:
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 250 gms Basa Fish Fillet cut into strips
Marination Ingredients:
- 1 beaten egg
- Oil to deep fry
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Carrom seeds
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1/4th tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4th tsp turmeric power
- 1/2 Cup Bengal Gram Flour
- 1 tsp kashmiri Red chilli
- 2 tbsp rice flour
Method:
- Add kashmiri Red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice to the fish pieces and rub the Ingredients well. Refrigirate for 20 mins
- Take out the fish, add all marination Ingredients and rub it in nicely with hands. Refrigirate for 20 mins again.
- Take out the marinated fish. Heat oil, put in the fish pieces one by one, and deep fry them till golden brown.
- Remove, sprinkle chaat masala, and serve with red chilli sauce, tomato sauce or mint chutney.
