INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
*Milk Cake*:
- Reduce into 1/3
- Low the flame
- 2 litre milk
- Reduce into 1/2 medium flame
- Milk starts to curdle
- Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
- Boil the milk
- 6 inch pa
- Reduce into 1/4
- Grease oil
- Place baking paper
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Keep stirring medium flame
- Dissolve the sugar stir continuously
- Ghee (add gradually) 2 tbsp
- Thick consistency & separates from pan
- Cover
- Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
