Delicious Easy Brownies - No mixer required!
This is a simple brownie recipe that takes less than 15 minutes and whilst I use an electric hand mixer, it can be made with just a whisk and is perfect for parties! This recipe combines a fudgey brownie with a creamy cheesecake layer and a generous sprinkle of chocolate and fudge on top. Bake this in just 20 minutes and you'll be adding this to your list of favourite chocolate treats!
Happy Easter everyone!
